With over two decades of leadership experience, Mr. Pradip Kumar Moharana has been serving as the Chairman of the organization since 1999. Holding a Graduation degree along with a PG Diploma in Management, he has played a pivotal role in steering the organization’s vision toward empowering marginalized communities. His expertise in social work, governance, and community development has contributed significantly to sustainable growth and inclusive progress.

A young and dynamic leader, Mr. Sudesh Kumar Gouda joined the organization in 2023 as the Vice-Chairman. With a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, he brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to community development initiatives. His dedication to social change and advocacy for underprivileged communities makes him a valuable asset to the organization.

Mr. Manoranjan Champaty has been an active member since 2023, serving as the Member-Secretary. With a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and extensive experience in community service, he plays a crucial role in coordinating and implementing the organization's programs. His commitment to social justice and administrative expertise help in effectively managing various initiatives.

Joining the organization in 2017, Ms. Sabita Rath holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and serves as the Assistant Secretary. She is deeply involved in advocacy efforts, women’s empowerment programs, and social welfare initiatives. Her passion for community service and organizational management ensures effective program execution.

A commerce graduate (B.Com.), Mr. Bhagyarathi Khatoi has been serving as the Treasurer since 2020. His financial acumen and experience in managing funds ensure transparency and efficiency in financial operations. His dedication to maintaining accountability in resource management strengthens the organization’s sustainability.

Mrs. Mamata Jena, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) graduate, joined the organization in 2023 as a Member. With a strong passion for social welfare, she actively contributes to community development projects, focusing on women’s rights and livelihood programs. Her commitment to social change helps in advancing the organization’s mission.

A committed and enthusiastic team member, Siripilli Mani joined the organization in 2023. Despite being a matriculate, her dedication and hands-on approach to grassroots-level work make her an integral part of the team. He actively participates in fieldwork, ensuring direct engagement with communities in need.
